# WordPress 3.2.1 Activation Error

 * Hello All,
    First of all, a big thumbs to the wordpress.org development team 
   for their hard work. I am using WordPress 3.2.1 and Buddypress 1.5.1 I am using
   linux hosting. As soon as I register, by creating a dummy user, I get an activation
   mail but when I click on it and try to login, it says “Error: your account has
   not been activated. Please activate your account and try again.” My url is: [http://justjankians.in](http://justjankians.in)
   Any ideas as to why this is happening?

 * Not too sure why this is happening. Have you tried to manually activate the user?(
   just for now until you can figure out how to fix it) I believe you can manage
   all users under the tab USERS.
 * This may or may not help.
 * But what it sounds like is somewhere along the lines it’s not realizing you need
   to activate, but I think you figured that out by yourself! 🙂

 * I’ve just tested on a test site, and it worked fine for me. Can you share the
   activation URL that you got in the email?
