WordPress 3.1 RC4: Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach()

    When I have uploaded all the files from 3.1 RC 4 packaged and go to /wp-admin to upgrade, then I get this error message:

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/***.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3067
