# WordPress 3.01 error Permalinks error

 * If i enable Permalinks in wordpress, i get following error ,when i click on the
   post
 * 403 Forbidden
 * You don’t have permission to access /news/2010/10/test/ on this server.
 * Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument
   to handle the request.
 * but when permalinks is default it works fine.

 * It’s cpanel based shared hosting by Reseller Club. Have mailed them(Support Team),
   will get back once i get reply.

 * If i install another copy of wordpress in a different folder on the same hosting
   then permalinks works on that, so i don’t think its mod_rewrite issue.

 * I changed the folder permission to 755 and it works now.
