 * Does anyone here know how to setup wordpress 3.0 with multi site functionality
   so that a specific user has access to a specific set of templates and plugins?
 * My objective is to essentially create a default set of templates and plugins 
   which are available to all new sites but I also want to be able to assigned a
   site to like a specific group which has access to “enhanced” templates and associating
   plugins?
