 * I just downloaded WP and I need to know if you are allowed to use it for a commercial
   site. I sell a service (satellite TV) from my website. The blogs would be purely
   informational however and not sales pitches. Just chalk full of information on
   how satellite TV works, industry news, etc. Do I need to upgrade or something
   for this?

 * You can use WP for whatever you want.
    If you just downloaded it, there is nothing
   to “upgrade”. All you have to do: learn how WP works and make it to work for
