 * Hello,
 * On one of my hosts it upgraded automatically at the click of a button.
 * On my other host after downloading the package, it freezes at that line and doesn’t
   do the rest.

 * Try adding this line to your wp-config.php file to increase memory allocated 
   to PHP:
    `define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M');`

 * Same thing for me. One of my blogs updated no problem while others freeze up 
   with a white screen and just stopped! Tried adding line above but still didn’t
   work.. Any suggestions?
