WordPress 2.7.1 hacked ?

Hi all,
Here is something I wanted to share with you all – WordPress hacked.

Now, I’m not sure if it’s a problem with wordpress or a problem with my host, what ever the actual cause is, there are some security issues involved around this which needs some detailed inspection.

Please let me know your thoughts on this.
