WordPress 2.5.1 Visual Editor and Theme Preview Disabled

    Installed WordPress 2.5.1 via Fantastico De Luxe and Simple Script.

    WordPress 2.5.1 was installed but the visual editor toolbar and the ability to preview themes was disabled.

    Would love to hear your thoughts on how I can solve this issue.
