    Hi there,

I am building my very first site in WordPress and have become a very patience woman πŸ™‚ I have created a blog similar a simple website by avoiding the sidebar and comments. It works fine all over except in my image gallery display. When you click on the image it shows the image in an attachment page, but both with comments and widgets. I just want the image to be shown in its full size in an other page. (not the image feature, I want the image to be shown within the theme) Where and which code should I use to make this happen?

Also, will it be better to make use of a plug-in instead? I have tried to install a few plugins for gallery display but I dont know how to make them work on a specific page.

Hope it makes sense. You can see my example for the gallery display here:

    Thank you very much

  • Try creating an image.php template file. There’s an example of this kind of template file in the Kubrick theme.

    Hi Esmi

Thank you so much! With a bit of adjustment in the image.php file from Kubrick it works just fine in my design! You saved me a few hours work. Thanks again!

    You’re welcome. πŸ™‚
