wordfence-waf + wp-cron + cache issues?

    My “auto-reorders” in woocommerce subscriptions and Updraft “auto-backups” are being blocked from processing as of about a week ago. Site is hosted on Godaddy Pro WordPress. Been running perfect since March (about 9 months). Anyone out there have same issue?

    Finding info online that wordfence can mess with cache and wondering if new Wordfrence updates might be the cause. It’s the only plugin that is on auto-update. Godaddy says all looks good on their side.

    WP-Crontrol plugin is giving me this error:
    There was a problem spawning a call to the WP-Cron system on your site. This means WP-Cron events on your site may not work. The problem was: Unexpected HTTP response code: 429

    Any ideas?
