[resolved] WordFence Security Causing a Huge Error File (3 posts)

I recently checked my disk space usage because it had suddenly jumped from about 60 MB to 218 MB and found that my error_log file is 161 MB. It seems that WordFence Security is causing a problem. I am getting this error message:

PHP Warning: mysql_ping() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/xxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wfDB.php on line 52

Can you help me with this? Thank you.

I think I may have replied to you on our forums. It looks like Wordfence is having trouble connecting to your DB. Try increasing the max allowed connections on your DB server.

You have to do something in this way, because we can not increase the number of connections more than 25 .
I have the same problem, i see each day a huge error_log file !!!

The problem it's not resolved !!!
