Does this plugin also lock down the backend for users / subscribers?

I have tried a number of plugins to lock it down and yes they remove the links from the admin bar etc, but a user can simply place”admin” at the end of the URL to see that its a wordpress site and still gain access to the dashboard etc….I would like to stop this.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I’m not sure what you mean by “lock down”. If you can provide specific features that would help.

We don’t hide the /wp-admin/ URL because we believe that security through obscurity (hiding) is ineffective.

Even thou this feature is very useful for dummies, specially in countries that are not native english speakers.

Most of my customers feel a lot more confident using /dashboard or /panel ( in my case: /painel )
