wordfence resume installation = can’t finish install

    Hi

    Hi have dozen of wordfence installed in wordfence central (very pleased with that centralized function !)

    but on this precise website the resume installation is always asking for email / newsletter / accept conditions.

    I resintall two times Wordfence

    I unactivate all plugins but it stays at the same step

    Wordpress is 6.0.1

    What can you advise me to do please ?

    Hi @sourixx, thanks for reaching out to us!

    Usually, I would expect disabling all plugins except for Wordfence to remove any Javascript errors that may be keeping the installation from completing. Have you tried running with a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Two as well? Conflicts can be caused by custom Javascript from themes too.

    Are these problems with a site that uses templates? I have seen some Wordfence Central templates that were created before certain system settings were implemented needing to be duplicated, saved, and re-applying to sites in Central. This has tackled problems with acceptance of terms for other customers I’ve spoken to in past cases.
