# Wordfence problem – New users cannot post

 * Hi there
 * I’m having one of those problems which has me banging my head against a brick
   wall.
 * I use wordfence as I’ve had a number of attemps to hack my site [http://www.theblackflag.co.uk](http://www.theblackflag.co.uk).
 * The problem I have is when I add a new user it doesn’t allow them to post articles.
   They just get a blank page. I’ve tried changing their user status all the way
   up to administrator, as well as fiddling with settings. If I uninstall the plugin
   then they can post as normal.
 * Has anyone got a solution or way around this?
