    the same as on the forum here
    the same problem happened back on December 8, 2019 and I set up this new username and a new password, worked at the time, but now doesn’t work!
    Also, if you can manage to fix that, the email unlock doesn’t send emails out either.

    wfdave – almost 3 days ago – so where’s the reply?
    It’s becoming difficult to take WordFence seriously!

    Sorry for the delayed response. It looks like the account was marked inactive as there are no premium licenses in it and no sites attached to Wordfence Central. I have marked the account active. If you will reach out to me at presales [at] wordfence [dot] com with the username in the subject line I will get the password reset for you (we don’t do that in the public forums for obvious reasons).

    I too am having this issue. I have not only backed up encrypted credential management but also access to myphpMyAdmin portal and all site content. I am unable to login and choosing the reset option yields not even an email going to spam. Is there something I am missing here? I have the plaintext version of my pass as well as the encrypted by wordpress version and i’m still SoL. Guidance would be greatly appreciated, I need to purchase some upgraded plugins and WP-Premium for a new website launch next month.
