    I’m trying to set up the firewall on a test site on Lightsail but it doesn’t seem to be working. It gives me the option to download the htaccess file which I do, and then the Continue button darkens/highlights like it’s ready, but then I can’t even click on the Continue button. It’s very strange, I’ve installed this 100 times but never on Lightsail before. What would stop the continue button from working on a site after the htaccess file is downloaded?

    I can try it on another instance if you’re curious. This is a migration from another server that has WF and the firewall running just fine. I’ve never seen this before!

    Hey @nhgnikole,

    Do you see any errors in the browser console?

    If so, it sounds like there might be a conflict either with the theme or one of the plugins you’re using, could you try temporarily switching to a default theme if you’re not already using one and disabling all other plugins then reactivating them one by one to see if the issue persists?

    To do so I recommend the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin which allows you to disable all plugins and switch to a default theme, but only for your user.
