    Anybody? Horrible support around here…

    Hello Riyita!
Sorry I wasn’t able to get to your request sooner. Did you block the IPs in your hosts control panel or via an htaccess file? If the IPs are being blocked server side before the request has a chance to reach WordPress Wordfence will not be able to log them nor will it have a chance to block them because they will already have been blocked.

Hi. Yes, I have some WordFence stuff in the htaccess file… should it be there?

    Thanks.

Okay, so it turns out that I had the Falcon engine enabled, but that added in all the blocked IPs to my htaccess file. Should it have done that? How would I prevent that from happening? When I disabled the Falcon engine, the IPs were cleared from the htaccess.

Yes! Do you have Falcon engine on?

Sorry, I should have reloaded this page before I responded.

Yes the Falcon engine will disable live traffic logging by adding blocking rules to your htaccess. This is expected behavior and it makes the blocking more efficient and your site much faster. If you want to view live traffic for all your pages, you have to disable Falcon.

Here is an introduction to Falcon engine that you might be interested in!
