Hi @eljugador,
Could you please share a screenshot so I can get a better understanding of the issue you’re experiencing?
Thank you.
Hi @wfyann,
The first screenshot is of the location, where in all visits does not leave identified the country of origin
and the second screenshot is Whois Lookup where when you try to check an IP stays all the time looking but without giving any results

Hi @eljugador,
Thanks for sharing those screenshots and clarifying the issue.
I suspect your host is not able to connect to Wordfence servers.
Could you please check the “Connectivity” section on the “Wordfence –>Tools –> Diagnostics” page to see if any errors are showing?
Also, on the same page, could you please check the “PHP Environment” section and confirm the values for:
- Checking for OpenSSL support
- Checking OpenSSL version
- Checking for cURL support
Hi @wfyann
You were right, here are the mistakes

Can be solved in some way?

@eljugador,
This confirms that you need to upgrade OpenSSL on your environment; I suggest you contact your hosting provider so they can assist you.

@wfyann,
Thank you for your time and help in this issue, I will talk to the provider of my hosting
Greetings and good weekend
@wfyann
Problem solved (screenshot) and now the plugin already identifies the countries (screenshot) of the visitors and works perfectly the whois look up (screenshot)
After talking with the hosting provider told me to modify the SSL protocol from the management panel of my hosting, I had not realized that I could do it myself
Regards and thanks
