Wordfence no longer shows Logins and Logouts

Hi,

Since updating to Wordfence 5.0.7, website login attempts by non-users (usually using ‘admin’ and often from Russia, Ukraine, Poland, etc.) are no long appearing in the ‘Logins and Logouts’ tab of the Live Traffic window.

I get emails informing me of all the attempted logins (including IP addresses) but when I go to the admin area of the website to permanently lock out these Admin attempt logins, they are not shown in the list.

This is a real pain as I use this list to block these IP addresses, then permanently block them in the Blocked IPs window.

I hope that this makes sense.

Thanks Paul, we found and fixed this bug and it will be in the next release which is 5.0.9 – unfortunately the fix didn’t make it into this release.

Thank you so much for addressing this issue and for writing back too. Wordfence has always been a ‘must-have’ plugin and I find it invaluable on my websites. Keep up the great work!

Hi again Mark,

In the latest version of Wordfence (5.1.4) this bug appears to have returned.

Can you have a look and perhaps fix it again if poss.

To be honest, it’s not so much of a problem now that you have implemented your other excellent security features in recent updates, but I feel that I should bring it to your attention.

This plugin i no longer working. I have tried it with different server configurations and different servers. The same thing on all installations “scan errors” and nothing happening in “Live Traffic”. I also downloaded and installed earlier versions with the same results. Just wondering if your servers are OK. HAVE YOU BEEN HACKED? 🙂
