wordfence identified many unknown files in wordpress core

I am very new to wordpress. I have developed a web site for the local seniors club running on a Synology NAS with DSM 7.1. wordfence has identified 30 unknown files in WordPress core eg
wp-admin/@eaDir/freedoms.php@SynoEAStream
wp-admin/@eaDir/import.php@SynoEAStream
I’m not sure if these files are malware or essential for operation of the web site and what I should do with them.
