Can you please try checking for the conflict without the Health Check plugin? It does seem that something is loading jQuery too early and breaking the connection.
Also, I understand the other sites on the dedicated server are working fine, but it can’t hurt to whitelist the Central IP.

thanks! I tried as you suggested. Still nothing. It’s like something is blocking the whole process… I even tried deactivating all plugins.

Can you send me a Diagnostics report so I can get a better overview of your environment? Please navigate to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics. Here you can select SEND REPORT BY EMAIL
. Please include your WordPress.org username and update this thread after you’ve sent it.

the thing is nothing happens when I click on SEND REPORT BY EMAIL. I also tried EXPAND ALL DIAGNOSTICS but nothing.

You mentioned that you’ve already tried disabling plugins, but can you also try switching to a WordPress default theme to test for a conflict?
