Hi @danishhaidri, thanks for highlighting this.

When a block like the one above happens, it’ll appear in your Live Traffic page near or at the top if you immediately check. When clicking the block line (or “eye” icon), it will state the reason in red text. In many cases, an “ADD PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button appears in this section which you can click to allow these types of request in future.

If it doesn’t, place Wordfence in Learning Mode. From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. You could then attempt to perform the actions from your screenshot that were being blocked. If they start to work as normal, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting to see if it continues to work afterwards.

Let us know if neither of those methods work and we’ll look into what might’ve changed between versions.

    Thanks,
    Peter.

    Hi @wfpeter,

WordFence is on learning mode by default, perhaps are the update, since we didnt put it in learning mode, but we are still getting the block. Any idea what could be going wrong?
