WordFence Alert – WordPress core file modified: wp-includes/version.php

    I don’t know if this is due to the change to WordPress 4.4, but I got an alert to this from WordFence alert shortly after I updated to it this morning. When I looked deeper into what has been changed, this is what I got :-

    The Original Version of the file
    34 */
    35 $required_mysql_version = ‘5.0’;
    36

    The Modified Version on your WordPress system
    34 */
    35 $required_mysql_version = ‘5.0’;
    36
    37 $wp_local_package = ‘en_GB’;
    38

    I’m very new to WordPress, having started with version 4.3.1. This is my very first update with the platform. Is this a common occurrence? Or did I break something?
