Word Wrap on Assymetrical PNG

I am building a website and want to have an image running vertical down the whole page. I want to have the text to the right of that image, but wrapped closely to the image. It is a png of a person and the text would have to be maybe have a padding of 5px all the way down so the text truly is wrapping around the object.
