Word press not working help

    i am trying to add new products and when i click anywhere where i have to type information, the screen goes dark, and a dark box with a loading bar comes up, this doesnt go away, then i am unable to finish adding a new product, is there any way where i can sort this problem out, or is there anything that my be causing this problem, thanks

    You need to provide more information about your problem. I assume you are using an e-commerce plugin? What is it?

    yes i am, what sort of more information do you need?
    when i click onto a box where i have to fill in information for example the title, or what category to put it in, the screen goes dark and then a black box comes up with the a loading box, could someone please help me what to do or i am unable to add any products, thank you
