Word Documents stopped working

We are a non-profit organisation and I use this plugin on a lot of our sites but I have just noticed that all the word documents that have been embedded with this plugin have now stopped working on all the sites, it just shows an error loading instead, please see Screenshot.

Has anyone else come across this issue and how to resolve it?

Thanks for reporting the issue. The screenshot link you have shared does not seem to be working for me. Would you be able to share the link to your website? The document viewers seem to be all online and working fine though.

Thank you for your quick response.
Below are two links on the website that have embedded Word documents, both documents show an error occurred.

When a pdf document is used the files seem to work correctly, please see a link with pdf below.

Hi Taner,

Thanks for sharing the links. There seems to be some issue with the Office Viewer on your server. We have not been able to figure out the cause yet.

I have a temporary solution for you, though. We have created an add-on plugin that will force all the documents you have embedded using Office Viewer to be rendered using Google Docs Viewer.

Force Load Google Viewer Plugin

Please install it and activate it. Then, all the embedded office documents will be automatically switched to Google Docs Viewer. Once the issue is fixed, you can deactivate it. I hope it helps.
