Wooticketstudio – Event Ticket Booking – support needed

    Hi
    I purchased the Plugindistrict WooTicketStudio from http://wooticketstudio.com/
    It listed the feature of sending PDF tickets to users upon booking. But it it does not do that at all. In spite of repeated mails to developer there were no responses.
    Any one having clue to fix the issue may please let me know.

    I purchased wooticketstudio as well and have the same problem. It will not send out tickets. I have tried to email the developer as well with no response. I wish I would have seen your posting before it purchased it about 2 weeks ago…
