Wootheme: Spectrum PROBLEM UPLOADING

I am trying to upload my purchased woothemes theme, spectrum, to my wordpress, but because there is already a “spectrum” theme made by another theme designer, wordpress won’t allow me to upload and install this one created by woothemes. I had no trouble with the two other themes I purchased, so I know this is specific to the theme and wordpress…

PLEASE HELP. I need this installed asap.
