WooTheme Sliding Theme

I found a new WooTheme theme called the Sliding Theme the other day and I have been facing a bit of a challenge with the featured product carousel slider located under the front page menu. For some reason, it just wouldn’t display featured products. Has anyone else had the same problem and figured how to activate the front page slider? The same applies to New Products slider.
