 * FYI – I’ve had to go into every slider image within Wooslider and replace/reload
   the image from my library to get the new https image URL to “stick” and get the
   secure padlock. Is there a faster way to do this? Somehow, Wooslider is ignoring
   the new image https URL’s unless I replace/reload them into Wooslider.

 * G’day thebateser,
 * Read about cleaning up content — the section about Images, iframes, embeds.

 * A short-cut is to set your fixer level to something higher, like Content or Capture.
   But I recommend cleaning up your content if you can.
 * cheers,
    Ross

 * Yes, I read and understand all that, but don’t think needed. When I open the
   slider image in WordPress dashboard and click to edit the image, the **image
   URL already shows correctly as _https_://image.jpg**.
 * However, unless I replace the image with the same image, the page with the slider
   will not render with a padlock stating that the image is not https.
 * There is something within Wooslider blocking the new [https://image](https://image)
   URL…Why?

 * It sounds like WooSlider is showing you the _corrected_ URL when you view it
   in the admin, but that’s not what it’s using. Do the search/replace I advised,
   using a tool like Better Search Replace. It will update those links in the database.
 * cheers,
