    We’ve discovered that points for creating a review in WooRewards are no longer being added. It worked for a long time but we don’t know when it stopped.

    I am unable to reproduce this.

    Are you using the latest unmodified version of Site Reviews, and is the WooCommerce integration enabled?

    WooCommerce integration is enabled in Site Reviews
    On my test site I am using a formula for Earned points of a product review
    This is the formula
    Here you can see that points are being given correctly after a product review

    We have everything set up as shown in the pictures. We don’t have any plugin modified. However, the WooRewards pages look a bit different. Our version is 5.4.12.1

    Actually, I don’t have Integration turned on. However when I turn it on I get server error 500. How do I get to the error description?

    Do you have the latest version of WooCommerce installed?

    You can check if there are any ERROR entries in the Site Reviews > Tools > Console page. If there are none, check your server PHP error logs.

    If you can’t find any errors logged, you will need to:

    1. Update all plugins to their latest versions
    2. Perform the Basic Troubleshooting Steps to determine the incompatible plugin or theme.

    After updating everything it started working. Thank you.
