WooRewards compatibility

    Hi,

    The plugin says it’s compatible with WooRewards. I have set up both plugins, a loyalty system in WooRewards where users earn a different amount of points per review depending on their membership level, auto approval of reviews… But WR does not register my reviews nor give me points. Any ideas what the problem could be?

    There is a bug in the WooRewards integration with Site Reviews. This has been patched in the upcoming v7.0, so the worse case scenario is you may need to wait until v7.0 is released (should be before end of year).

    Thanks for the reply. There seems to be another bug (or at least an incompatibility with my theme Botiga Pro), where “Filter by Rating” product filter does not show up (“Your store doesn’t have any products with ratings yet. This filter option will display when a product receives a review”) even though there are products which have been reviewed and rated.

    Will provide a fix in Site Review v7.0.0 (release date now sometime in January).
