    First of all, thanks for the great plugin! Its awesome!

    I have a store running now for two months, and most of my customers succeed in writing down their address, seeing the shipping distance and fee, and checking out normally.

    However, some of my customers are claiming the do not see the shipping option and they end up selecting the pick up option, although they want a delivery. When I do the test, with the same address, it is inside the shipping region and I see the shipping option, fee and distance normally.

    I’m assuming this could be some ajax error on the customer browser (mostly mobile, as far as I could investigate).

    1) Do you have an idea of what could be happening? I’m not being able to reproduce the error;
    2) Would it be possible to show a warning when the distance cannot be calculated (or off the shipping area)? I could contribute to the code, but maybe it would be more effective if you show me the best way.

    Sorry to hear that. Answering of your questions:

    1. Unfortunately, it will really hard to guess what is happening without seeing the debug output.
    2. I just released an update v2.1.12 which includes a new option to write to WooCommerce log for importance event such as API response error and shipping calculation failures.
