 * Just as a matter of interest – when running a check via woo rank.com, it does
   not recognise the presence of Google Plus. Anyway to overcome this?
 * I have the social media icon setup with this.

 * The social icons are just links to your profile, but I believe woo rank is checking
   for meta data. The [WordPress SEO](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/)
   plugin should be able to set you up with this.

 * I’ve been using that plugin for a few days now and still finding my around it.
   Just found what you have referred to and hopefully I have entered everything 
   correctly now.
