Hi @cgkiew
Thank you very much for reaching out to us 🙂
I have thoroughly read your message and checked the page you shared above.
The ShopLentor widget you are using at this moment fetches products based on the theme style. I think your theme has some custom functionality of its own when it comes to showcasing WooCommerce products. We can assure you that the issue has nothing to do with our plugin.
I would request you to check if your theme or any other third-party plugin(s) is causing the issue.
I’ll look forward to hearing from you in this regard.
Best regards,
Tarek Aziz

Hi Tarek Aziz,
Thanks for your reply.
After I reload the elementor page, it became as normal.
Thanks.

Hi CG Kiew,
You are so very welcome 🙂
It’s great to hear that the issue got resolved.
I think it was happening due to a custom hook or a JS script that is used by your theme. That might be the reason why it didn’t work on the editor mode as expected. Please assign the template (you have built) for the Shop page and check the page from the front end.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,
Tarek
