• Hi!

We have install and test your plugin with our learnpress site. The visits from a spec. url are showing on dashboard, but the orders/comissions not.

In the orders process we have using a -100% coupon at the first time. Than we enabled a test mode for Stripe paying, and make second order, but the commission page is still empty.

We have all orders in completed status.

Please help us with this issue.

  • Hello there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

Do you have the latest version of the plugin installed? If not, please update it and see if that fixes the problem.

Do you have the cookie expiration active from General Options > Cookie options? If so, check that the expiration time is longer than the time it takes for an average user to complete a purchase.

Could you provide us with the link to your affiliate registration?

    Let us know any news.

    Best regards.

Hi, thank you for your fast response!
Yes we have a latest version 2.16.0
The cookie expiration we have on 1 hour.
We dont have registration to our affiliate yet.

We can register only 1-2 persons to our affiliate program.

We tested orders today, but the plugin dont show visits and comissions today.

We would need to know if your plugin is compatible with the learnpress plugin, because we don’t have products in woocommerce, we only sell lessons. Next, is it not a problem that we use the test mode when paying with Stripe. Thanks

    Hello there,

In that case, I recommend you perform the following tests to see if the problem disappears at any point. In each test, you must make a purchase of a product with a referral link:

    • switch to a default WordPress theme like 2023
    • Leave only WooCommerce and our plugin active, and if the problem disappears, go activating your plugins in batches until you find which one generates the problem.

Regarding learnpress, there is no official compatibility and we don’t know if it works with it, but in the event that activating that plugin in the second test and it is the cause, it will be due to an incompatibility that we cannot achieve at the moment.

You should have no problems with Stripe’s test mode.

Let us know any news, please.

    Best regards.
