woocommerce_scheduled_sales cron add instructions

Hi,
I have a custom post_type who need to be set as draft when the product sale date is end
(i’ve set an relation field between my custom post_type and woocommerce product).

But i don’t know if i can add instructions to the woocommerce_scheduled_sales event, and how ?

If it’s not possible then i have to create another wp cron job, but i need to set him after the woocommerce_scheduled_sales event, and again, how, did i need set a priority or just execute him every day at midnight ? (woocommerce_scheduled_sales runs at 23:59:59, based on the wooccomerce documentation )
