    Hello community.
I searched on many forums and I did not find an answer to my concern (for my client)

    ****

    DataError
    [400]

#964 is an invalid image ID.

    (woocommerce_product_invalid_image_id)

    Origin
    WooCommerce

    ****

We must create a shop with +1000 products.
1/ The client encoded all these products on Airtable
2/ I created a scenario via MAKE to take the Airtable info and send it to Woocomerce (create a product)

Everything works EXCEPT the import of the image where I have this error, Make support did their best to help but the problem comes from Woocommerce’s answer…

I tried everything in the Airtable field (a fictitious name, the name of the image with its extension, the name of the image without the extension,..) nothing worked, it automatically created an ID # xxx which corresponds to the product ID.

I hope you’ll be able to help me, I’ve been stuck on this for +2 weeks 🙁

    Thanks in advance,
    Mark

    Hi there Mark!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Does Airtable uses WooCommerce Rest API to create products?

Can you tell us more about how exactly the import is being done?
