[woocommerce_order_tracking] not working

Hi,

I am having trouble with [woocommerce_order_tracking]. When I enter the Order ID and Billing email and click track it says “Sorry, the order could not be found. Please contact us if you are having difficulty finding your order details.”

I have tried different orders. I have changed themes and deactivated all other plugins and it still says the same thing.

I am currently testing this on a local site.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
