Hi @maia12345
I have WooCommerce.woff request after deletion of Woocommerce if GTmetrix report
Can you please elaborate a bit on what problem is occurring due to the WooCommerce.woff request? I did not notice any website loading delay issues upon visiting your website. Can you please provide more details?
If you could share a screenshot that shows the problem, that would be helpful. We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.
Additionally, could you please share with us the following:
- System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
- Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
Hello, thank you for your reply! Below is the screenshot from GTMetrix. I have deleted Woocommerce, so I can’t provide SystemStatus. I have deleted it as any other plugin.

Hi there,
Thanks for getting back to us.
I can see this issue is coming because of the site cache, that it’s still loading woocommerce.woff. I’ll recommend you to clear the cache (from any cache plugin you are using on the site)
When I try to load the site by adding an extra argument in the URL, so it could force the site to load without any pre-built cache, I can’t see any reference of woocommerce.woff file. However, when I don’t add this argument, I can see it tries to load that file.

Please check the following screenshot from GTMetrix, where it doesn’t show any reference to woocommerce.woff file:

I hope it helps!
Best,
Glad to hear that.
If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread, since this one is already tagged as resolved.
Thank you!
