Woocommerce Web Site PC & Mobile Site

Hello. My boss is asking me to do something and I would like to get some confirmation.

I have already established a desktop site and it has been running for a few months and selling. The issue is the mobile site.

I know it can conform to fit a mobile screen but he wants to do a separate mobile site because he wants to be able to distinguish between where the orders come from mobile or desktop.

If I create a subfolder and setup the site in there can they share the same admin of the desktop site? If they can is there way to know which orders come from mobile and which from desktop?

If not I guess it is just up to me to recreate everything again but just in mobile form.
