Recently, I installed Woocommerce and need to change the way thumbnails are presented on the right sidebar when using the “featured products” widget. Currently the thumbnail is out to the right of the description and very very tiny.
Here is my page: http://www.bitcoinranger.com/
What I want to do is enlarge the thumbnails and have them appear under the product title. I have created a Weaver ii child theme and it’s working well. I’m just not sure how and where to create the custom CSS/PHP to make these desired changes. I’m hoping for step by step instructions.
Thanks in advance for your help!:)
For Weaver theme help, you should visit the dedicated forums here:
I have looked for help there and in other places and it was suggested that it was the Woocommerce plugin that needed styling changes. I was hoping someone here could assist.
That’s totally fine – I saw that you posted in the plugin forum :). The Weaver support folks, though, ask people to post on the other forums – hence my post.
I have tried getting help from Weaver but have not found any answer. These are some of the support replies from the Weaver forum. Hence my post here.
“It’s not Weaver doing that. It’s CSS from Woocommerce, giving the image a width of 32px.”
“Perhaps you can solve it with CSS. Worst case scenario is that you have to edit the source files from WooCommerce”
Any help would be appreciated. I am willing to pay for a solution.
Would it be possible to use a CSS left align type statement in my child theme’s CSS to tell the thumbnail images to move left? I want to move the thumbnails under the product titles.
The latest version of Weaver II has additional WooCommerce support with new documentation in the help file.
