# Woocommerce update error message

 * My plugins page on my dashboard is telling me that Woocommerce needs to be updated
   to 3.2.1
 * When I select “Update Now” I receive the following error message:
 * “Update Failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy
   some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions.”
 * Any suggestions?
