 * Hey [@crestanads](https://wordpress.org/support/users/crestanads/)
 * It looks like this may be caused due to a theme conflict, or possibly a third-
   party plugin. I’d recommend the conflict-testing steps here to isolate the source
   of the issue: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
 * The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin
   is to do the following:
 * – Temporarily switch your theme back to a default theme, such as [Storefront](https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/).
   –
   Disable **all** plugins except for WooCommerce. – Test to see if the issue has
   been resolved.
 * If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and
   re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until the problem appears again.
   This will then give you an idea about which plugin is the one causing the conflict.

 * Hi [@crestanads](https://wordpress.org/support/users/crestanads/),
 * Was the issue resolved? If so yay! If not feel free to reply back and let us
   know. I will go ahead and close this thread, but replying to it will re-open
   the issue. If there is a new issue, please open a new thread.
 * Otherwise do have a great day!

   a matter of updating all the plug ins and themes to match woocommerce update!
   I’ve got in touch with the theme team and we have solved. Thanks again for your
