Woocommerce: Total Does Not Update with Shipping/Taxes

    I have problem with the latest version of woocommerce. For “Guest” customers (customer not logged in the account), the totals are not updated automatically based on entered Billing/Shipping in Checkout page. You would have to manually refresh page to make Shipping/Taxes displayed. Then re-enter billing/shipping again.

    I expect the tax/shipping to be updated as soon as the address is entered, yet it does not refresh, no shipping/tax is displayed. I tried all different shipping settings, yet no results. This was working fine before.,

    I have the same issue with transport costs- when you pick another transport, it doesnt update the total cost of the order.
