woocommerce taxes not working!!

    dopo aver effettuato aggiornamento ad ultima versione di WP e di Wooc (marzo 2021), non mi calcola più correttamente le tasse! ho provato di tutto, disattivando tutti i plugin, ho seguito guide online ecc. ma niente…qualcuno può aiutarmi?

    ps è possibile che il plugin WP Rocket crei conflitti?

    after upgrading to the latest version of WP and Wooc (March 2021), it no longer calculates my taxes correctly! i’ve tried everything, deactivating all plugins, following online guides etc. but nothing…can anyone help me?

    ps is it possible that the WP Rocket plugin creates conflicts?

    Hi @aleaus,

    If I am capturing this correctly, taxes aren’t being calculated at all since you updated. I tested on a local install and couldn’t replicate it. You mentioned WPRocket, what if you flush the cash, then disable this extension and retry?

    Dear,

    i tried WPROcket and all the possibile ways (disable, flush cache ecc.) and retry but it still not working…

    i reset all setting of wooc, set again prices of products and all the tasks but no solution…in invoice/order summary the vat is zero (even in the shipping expenses)

    Can you please a screenshot of the tax settings? I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Also, can you please provide me a step by step guide to replicate, please include:
    – the product name, URL or ID to add to cart
    – the product quantity to add to cart
    – a valid shipping address
    – rates that you get
    – rates that you expect
    – the product dimensions and weight

    dear,
    solved, it was caused by “Status Code” in the Tax > Tax Rate,
    removed and now it works
