# WooCommerce Sync

 * I see a few comments about WooCommerce in your support threads however no real‘
   yes this works with users created through WooCommerce’ or ‘no it doesn’t’
 * Any chance that in the last 6 months since the last support question about this
   that you have an answer?
 * I just installed the plugin and tested it and i have the followign results:
 * 1) User created through simply adding a new user with the role ‘Customer’ = YES
   it syncs with Capsule
 * 2) User created by purchasing through WooCommmerce = NO it doesn’t sync (even
   though that user has the user role ‘Customer’ in WP.
 * Any ideas? Any answers?
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 * I’ve not tested it with Woo but it was coded to use WP’s standard user account
   creation triggers to send off the info to Capsule. So if Woo does it a different
   way it wouldn’t work.
