WooCommerce Sync Issue

Hi!

I have a catalogue with all my product items ready to go. I was trying to have WooCommerce and UPCP sync via the WooCommerce tab on the options page. However, WordPress gives me a fatal error and only the first product is imported into the WooCommerce product page. I can repeat this process to get all my products to sync but it will always give me the same error every time. Given that I have another 100+ products to sync, can someone help me resolve this issue?
