My WC shop completely broke (images not loading, customers unable to download files) a few days ago – and I’m blown away by the technical expertise of the WC Support forum! They were able to give me potential causes & solutions.

The highly specific, technical guidance I received from the forum helped resolve the issue.

One of my main reasons for sticking with WooCommerce, despite being tempted by the sleek look of Shopify, is the wider availability of community support for WC.

    Thank you, WooCommerce community!

Title: “Cursor jumping in woocommerce forms”

    Hi WooCommerce community,

When im going to add a new product in product form and I start typing in the product title field – Cursor automatically jumps to the beginning of the description box field – it Happens every single time when adding new products. This interrupts in adding product to page. The wordpress version is 6.8.1 and woocommerce version is 9.9.5.

Please help me to solve this problem and adding products fields without any disturbance.

    Hi @bhuvi12345

That’s definitely not expected behavior. I tested with the latest WooCommerce and Storefront, and couldn’t replicate the issue, so it might be coming from a theme or plugin conflict on your site.

Can you try a quick conflict test by deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront? If the issue still shows up, try a different browser or incognito mode, and check the browser console for errors.

Once done, create a new thread over here and share your findings in the thread, and we’ll keep digging from there.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
