# WooCommerce Subscriptions payment processing error

 * Hi guys,
 * I am using Woocommerce with memberships and subscriptions plugins on my page
 * Background
    – I have a subscription payment model setup for 3 products on my 
   page – [https://mytwocents.cc/product-category/trading-package/](https://mytwocents.cc/product-category/trading-package/)–
   I have opted for Paypal integration – I have checked the option – “$0 Initial
   Checkout”, in the subscriptions settings
 * Issue
    – When I try to signup with the above option checked – I get an error “
   Error processing checkout. Please try again.” yet the order is processed and 
   reflected in the orders page but no confirmation message is provided to the customer.
 * When I turn off the option and proceed through Paypal. the order is processed
   and the confirmation message is shown on the screen to the customer.
 * This worked perfectly before not sure what changed
 * really stuck.

 * Yes, I did. After a little trial and error, I figured out that it was the WooCommerce
   plugin 4.7 version that was causing the issue.
 * Even the most recent version of subscriptions 3.0.10 seems to have a compatibility
   issue with the new wooCommerce version.
 * so I just downgraded it to version 4.6 and that solved both my WPbakery problem
   and this one.
 * Try It and let me know if it works.
